Chat Tool Replacement?

Hey Hacker Fam,

Over the last 6 months a developer and I have been working on adding Live, 2 way, video and audio streaming service to Median.

Median is a screen share software that can be added to any website or app. The tool allows you to see what your customers are doing on your site in real time, you can even interact with them.

Great tool... BUT...

The only way to communicate with customers was via one of our chat integrations. Communicating via chat on a live screen share will make you suicidal.

So I spent my life savings ($25k), hired a dev from Toptal, and add video streaming to our site.

The Result is kind of crazy.

Median gives me a list of EVERYONE on the website, their IP, location, current URL, etc. and I can join their session and launch a live video stream that will allow us to talk to each other.

The idea was to make me less suicidal during screen shares, but after testing it for the past few months I think it could be the future of chat tools.

I would love to hear your thoughts.
