Chat widget reviews

I came across a recent chat widget review today while browsing Hacker News in case anyone's interested.

I started building my own chat widget a few weeks ago. I've come to realize that this is a terrible idea. The competition is well established, there are already good solutions for startups and I can't focus a chat widget on any particular niche.

Back to the drawing board.
