Chatbots

Heya Everyone 👋🏻

I have a quick question. We're testing out our chatbot on our website https://hunterand.co/contact and I wanted to know what people thought of it. I want to get the conversation correct. As someone who might be interested in getting help with their brand (launch, rebrand, etc) what does everything think?

As you'll see we have a friendly tone of voice on our site... but I really want to improve what we do so we can capture more leads. I can't find any examples of awesome chatbots on competitive branding websites.

Thoughts and opinions from the IH community is very very welcome.

    i will recommend to use a Flowchart online to plan your chatbot. Also I recommend Whatsapp CHATBOT not only web chatbot. I recommend: www.whatsMarketing.es regards

    The chatbot feels pretty gimmicky... Instead of working on this chatbot, I think you'd get more value from better explaining how you can help people in the main content of your landing page. I, for one, only use chatbots when I'm given no other option.

    Perhaps give examples of branding problems you've solved in the past.

    Also, if you continue with the chatbot route, make sure to write all the "user responses" as if the user had written them. For example, if I was telling you I wanted to launch, scale, or rebrand, I wouldn't write, "I'd like to launch, scale or rebrand?" I'd write, "I'd like to launch, scale or rebrand."

      Hey Steven, thanks for your reply. Did you happen to see the rest of our site? I thought it was pretty clear what we do and who we do what we do for. Are you able to elaborate on the user responses bit. I think we def. could explore other scripts and do some A-B testing on it. Cheers Simon

        Ah, no - sorry I thought that was the main landing page for the site. Now I've noticed that it's the /contact page. It is more clear looking at the rest of the site.
