Check out my health stack mind-map

While sitting at home, I got fat and depressed; I started fixing all of that at the beginning of Summer 2020.

Inspired by a question from @rosiesherry, here is my health stack in mind-map format.

    Nice work!

    You forgot yellow tea. It's pretty rare but one of my favorite. Oh, and Oolong tea is very good too.

    Sorry. I'm addicted to many things, including tea, chocolate, and mind maps.

      Yeah, I also drink yellow tea, oolong and pu erh tea.

      But I made the list shorter 😂

    S/O to you for sticking to such a complex routine! I couldn't do it, haha.

    How are you consuming GABA? Have you found any benefits? I've tried Valerian Root in different doses, dosen't do anything for me.

      To be honest, I only put GABA there as a guideline, I didn't try it. But I found it in capsule form.

      I did try Valerian Root and Passiflora to combat anxiety. I did manage to combat it but I'm not sure if it's from them or other things from the list.

      I'm now 2 months without any of those to test it out.
