Could you help me with this?

Before I ask anything, let me give you something:
https://airtable.com/shrMVhkTKrWGQcL9i/tblRqLgz3UlFCvG0D

It's an Airtable of low rated Chrome extensions. I used it to get some ideas on where the demand is and where I could recreate an existing product and also improving it according to the negative reviews.

My ask:
I just launched on Producthunt (the whole database, think of it like 7 more tables like the one above), if you think this product could be interesting for others, please consider upvoting it:
https://www.producthunt.com/posts/inspiration-database-1

It's a database of 147.000+ products, separated into tables like low rated but popular Chrome extensions, low rated Shopify apps, etc, and also I included the raw databases (all Shopify apps, all Wordpress plugins, Chrome extensions, Android apps).

I've seen quite a few similar products on PH getting amazing feedback, that's why I think it could get some traction with the help of the IH community.

Thank you, I am getting into chrome extensions. This is really helpful, you earned my upvote. And good luck with the launch.

      Thank you very much.
Yes I actually have eyes on the extensions market because I think it's pretty underserved and has a lot of potential for quick growth in the next few years. (Same with shopify I guess!)

@octopyweb Looks like the sorts on here also don't really work for downloads and rating 🤔

Maybe it sorts it as text or something else not numbers 😅

      See here, sorted by rating

Oh well! Sorry about that. I used it in Excel and it had no problems, it looks like Airtables recognize it as a text? I will have to check it out later! But I hope you're overall satisfied what you got.

        Appreciate the heads up!

          No worries 🤙
          Thanks 🎉

I love this idea! You have just gotten another paying customer! Are you going to do one for low rated iOS apps? I would love to see that as well.

      I'm glad and thank you!

I actually did create an iOS table a while back, but it's an old list.
I didn't recreate it as a part of this product because I had some bugs, and Apple doesn't give you the exact downloads and I abandoned it.

But, here is here is the old table:

I hope you can get something out of it. Let me know if you found it useful.

Just had a look, it's pretty legit! And so colorful it's pleasing for the eyes haha.
Anyway I just upvoted it on PH, best of luck mate!

Good idea but asking for upvotes is against Product Hunt rules I believe.

    1. 1

Oh well, I didn't know this.
However, it could read as "I showed it that I launched, and if you had found it useful, please consider upvoting" which is slightly different.

I hope it won't affect my listing whatsoever, but thank you for pointing this out!
