Am I the only one who is struggling with creating and maintaining Business Model & Lean canvas?
2 days ago, I was creating a Lean Canvas for my latest project, and I said that's it, there has to be a better way! I thought that a great way to build it would be using Notion.
So I dedicated the day building notion templates to make it easier for entrepreneurs to create BMC's and Lean Canvas focusing only on the thoughts, not fixing formation while having the ability to track every aspect and make changes without pain.
In the past couple of days, I created and tested the templates with 10 awesome entrepreneurs gathered feedback, and made it better for everyone, and I'm sharing these for all my fellow entrepreneurs for FREE to help end this struggle, FOREVER.

BTW I'm so excited to know about your experience if you're planning to start using it.
Hey, this is cool. I was so fed up using a PowerPoint version, I went back to basics and purchased a £3 whiteboard a pack of multicoloured post-its on the weekend. So far working much better.
I'll have to compare with your version this week.
Hey, @tidze Any updates?
Hey @alirashidy, I've not had the chance to try your template yet - it looks useful though, especially for documenting the final version. We've been using this Mural (https://www.mural.co/) to work on our canvas as we have remote colleagues, it's great to work on it together in real-time.
Hey @tidze Thanks for the kind words, and also thanks for sharing Mural, it's cooler than the tools I know.
Hey, @tidze Thanks! Honestly, after sharing these temp[late I got tons of feedback from many people who were also fed up from PowerPoint and PDF.
I think printing it and adding sticky notes on it and then take an image to then use it to create a digital version sounds like a lot of work to me, some said that it helped them get rid of all of these steps all at once.
I'm specifically interested to know more about your experience with the whiteboard and these Notion templates, as I'm sure it will save you a ton of time, not to mention the ability to share it with an7yone and viewing it on any device as well ;)
Please, keep me updated about your experience.
