What will you accomplish by end of February?

  • Finish and launch MVP of TinyDevCRM

What did you do yesterday to work towards your goal?

  • Recorded and uploaded 1m video for Pioneer.app
  • Started working on api.tinydevcrm.com (misc. documentation, )
  • Tested out AWS RDS and verified that the extension I need (pg_cron) isn't on the list of RDS-supported extensions, which means I need to deploy my own version of PostgreSQL on EC2, which cuts me off from goodies like high availability, auto-security patches, and other goodies (o.O'). Wrote an email to AWS support asking for pg_cron forking and packaging for RDS PostgreSQL instances.
  • Downloaded JWT Handbook to learn about JSON Web Tokens (latest / 0.14.1), decided not to read it because it's 100 pages and I probably wouldn't remember it; going to look at the online documentation and work through a tutorial
  • Responded to Pioneer.app feedback
  • Started working on JWT tutorial

What will you do today?

  • Finish JWT tutorial #1
  • Create a basic API using Flask
  • Make demonstrable progress on implementing JWT auth with Flask and wiring that up

    • not too much, worked on other projects

    What will you do today?

    • also probably not too much, have other priorities. I want to crank out the redesign over the weekend. Going to check out Webflow and maybe live-stream my learning process.

    RescueTime statistics: 5h 15m (83% productive)

    Today was a very slow day, started late and had interruptions. Haven't finished working through JWT tutorial #1 yet, and I'm not close. Will continue working on it tomorrow.
