Day 12 of #The100DayProject: Slow but steady

I'm starting a non-profit in 100 days, and today is day 12. I didn't have much time today, but the idea is that I should at least do something each day, so today this is what I did:

  • I emailed a few accountancy firms. I would have called but they're shut on Saturdays
  • I corresponded with a few people about the project
  • I finished arranging 2 video calls for the coming week with possible collaborators.

I'm going to really trim down the length of these posts too, unless they are for more significant milestones. There is plenty of tiny, incremental progress at the moment that doesn't always warrant chapter and verse. However, because of the visual nature of Instagram and #The100DayProject I can easily get sucked into making 'presentable' posts and waste time that could be better spend on doing the real work.

I'll still be posting every day though, as it's a great way to make sure I'm contributing each day - it's worked for the last 12 days and I suspect it will for another 88! And, I'll still try to routinely share great quotes from books on climate change that I love :)

Also, I won't share the Instagram post today IHers as there's nothing extra interesting on there!
