16 days ago I decided I would take the bait (knowing it would take me longer than 14 days) and join Gumroad's 14 day product challenge.
I decided to write about something close to me. Getting your first SAAS customer. Building products has changed my life and it's communities like IndieHacker's that keep me going.
There are tons of resources out there about late stage startup building (How to scale, market, hire, sell, etc.) but not many on that first crucial step: Getting your first customer.
As an indiehacker, it's such an important and motivating accomplishment. Unfortunately, so many fail to get there (even more fail to even launch).
Over the past 16 days I have been interviewing successful founders and makers about their journey, startups, and products. It's been awesome. There is so much to learn and the maker community is so helpful.
##Progress update
I designed the book cover (Still subject to change) and I designed, built, and published the pre-order page:
https://www.firstsaascustomer.com/
I've booked two more interviews have committed to a December 7th launch!
