great post! the idea of limiting your options is the best one that I had found. although the suggestion to stick to a routine is a close second.
i have a good example to share with y'all. if you go to Baskin Robbins or something, you will be bombarded with a plethora of options and as a result, it will take a lot of time for you. the fear of making a wrong decision prohibits from making a decision at all.
