Did anyone ever sell roadmap for specific project?

I don't know if its include as business model or not but here's the scenario:
you build travel saas for company so they can offer them only for company who wants to book group travels. You've done that process till creating the mvp and even sell to some of companies. Did you ever sell the roadmap to other people? Not the product though.
