Dilemma / Paralysis?

Okay, I am a non-technical founder, and I built a mobile app for crowdsourcing travel photography. I made a platform for individuals to take photos, process, disseminate, and get paid all on one app.

The intent was to make the app as hands-off as possible and let photographers come on and find customers on their own. I have had 'no' success, I have several reasons why I think I didn't succeed, but ultimately I think it comes down to execution.

To improve the usability, I have created features for discoverability and pricing, but I know that this is probably an answer to the symptom and not the problem. The COVID 19 pandemic has forced me to rethink engagement, I am now trying to appeal to photographers to use the platform for product photography, but I don't have any clientele for product photography.

At this point, I am stuck I am being pulled apart by the winds and I am unsure what path to take. Should I just wait for the features? Should I continue reaching out? Here is the kicker, the features I started building we location-awareness to make people more discoverable. I feel stuck. What have you done to get your marketplace moving?

    Hi Manuel,
I'd actually imagine that at this time when we have limited mobility, it would be a great time for an underdog photographer to get paid for snapping a photo in their "backyard" that pros can't travel to.
Reading your post, I fear you marching straight into the "feature-death" spiral.
I usually find that products (especially markets) don't die because of a lack of features.
