Do users sign up to your SaaS and then disappear? I just launched something for you!

After helping 50+ indiehackers optimize their product onboarding, I decided to launch a productized-service to help the rest of the community!

The last 2 years since I quit my job as the design lead at TicketSwap (a B2C marketplace of 5 million unique users), I spent an enormous amount of hours helping other indie hackers with their product's UX.

I had 50+ hours of video calls with fellow IndieHackers and here is what I discovered:

"Most IndieHackers watch users sign up to their product and never come back. They have no clue why this happens and they struggle to figure out what's actually needed to stop this."

That's why I built a productized service, called "Love at first try".
The idea is very simple. You submit your product's URL and receive within 48 hours a 20 minutes video of me testing your onboarding flow and providing actionable tips on how to improve it.

It's simple as that! Here is what my first customer posted on Linkedin:

At TicketSwap I led radical UX optimizations that got deployed to 5 million unique users and saw their conversion rates sky-rocketing just by applying meaningful UX improvements. We redesigned the sign-up flow, the checkout flow and the sell flow as well. We focused on their users goals and simplified the steps users have to take to get there. And it worked!

Finally, I am also building my own micro-SaaS product and work as a UX coach helping small and large startups with user onboarding. I put my tips into practice and test them every single day!
