Over a month ago, I did a public beta release of my product on IH, ever since I have been improving the product. Here are few updates

The product offers various features, due to this reason I am unable to come with a Solid statement, but here is my first take.

Product Demo
Previously I had 11:00 minutes product demo video on the home page 😅.
No one has time for that, I have now swapped it for a 0:45 promo video (Please leave your feedback). I have moved the product demo to its one dedicated page
Pricing
This is the one I am struggling most with, I have researched various pricing strategies, I am not comfortable charging the product till i know
- Product Fit
- Product provides value
- Per-user or bulk pricing as it targets B2BC
at the same time if I don't charge, how would one know...? 🤔
Website
Since i have been focusing so much on the product, the website was always in the back burner, I have made some adjustments, however, it's still not in a state i want. Should I focus on improving the website or improving the product, how do you hit a balance?
Feedback
I have only done light marketing ie 1 post on Linkedin & IH. However, I have reached out to potential users and investors. I have received reasonable positive feedback.
