Do you know any good tech resources for non-technical?

Jeff @thepeffrey

Hey everyone. Novice developer here wondering if there are any good tools you can point to that give a clear overview of the modern web app stack (thinking html/css/js as a starting point).

If there are any blogs, posts, or articles that you can point to that would be awesome. I've done my fair share of googling but haven't found too many useful guides.

If you have any ideas of items/topics I definitely need to research in addition to the ones I mentioned that guidance is appreciated as well.

Thank you

Hey Jeff. It depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

Youtube is great for me, so is dev.to

What is your main motivation for learning web development?

I'll have to check out dev.to

I've been in and out of html and css for a long time (never really got in deep so I'm still not very good) but have have finally gotten to the point where I want to be able to build out some of the ideas that I've been thinking about for a while.

It's good to hear you are committed to this. What are you struggling with right now?

This is a good one that's regularly updated: https://roadmap.sh/

Thanks this is pretty cool. I like the layout of the site and the super thorough flowcharts/mind maps.
