Came here after seeing my friend @akhilmk tweet. Interested to see people opinion on this.
Building something like this with normal code is the best choice. Also, with Bubble and other players growing and people building much complex sites with Bubble, I am sure this should be possible too.
But to have more control and to run at scale and not to be too dependent on third party, my advice would be to go with code. If you want to quickly build a super small prototype, Bubble should do too with some tweaks.
