One more thing - you've only got two non-white speakers, and only one female speaker, but these are 7th and 8th in your grid. Why are all the white males first? I can't see any apparent order to the speakers, so in which case, why not mix things up a little Appearances matter.
It's fairly generic, but quite attractive. You've got 'Why attend" and when it is, but I would add a "Who should attend" so the reader can self-identify if this is for them. It might be for everyone, so make that clear. Call out who would benefit from attending and why.
Is it free? The page doesn't say. Maybe it isn't, but I'd probably leave the page before clicking "Register".
I don't think having the names and photos of the speakers along with their company names is enough. A short bio would help me understand who these people are and what they might have to say.

thanks for reply. makes sense to me. we need to add speakaer bios. yes it is a free webinar and if you dont mind please register to see if the flow is smooth. our in-house IT developed the whoel system which i dont find it user-friendly enough. why would i want to make the efforts to verify my account? you know..
