the word1word2.com is very expensive right now so i will go for the .app for now and will pivot later. Thanks for your answers

Is there a website on the site for WORD1WORD2.com? If so the dash would be really confusing to people & if they were to try to remember your site & try to go to it they'd probably end up on that other site.

The .APP is not bad & not the best but it's less confusing than the .COM with a dash. If you're making a PWA or an app for the web or if this will be a landing page for a mobile app, I think .APP is a great choice.

I recently wrote this guide about researching & valuing names if you're interested: https://rede.io/finding-buying-good-domain-names/

.app is the future and will be likely be in short supply soon, I say jump on that.

Can even still snag some one word .apps over at https://oneword.domains

    Neither.

Change your product's name to ensure you can procure a relevant .com, or purchase word1word2.com through a broker.
