Embedding animations/video in Webflow?

I have some animated pngs on my website: https://www.reschedule.app

The problem is the files generated are very large. I would like to use video instead.

I see websites with embedded video of their UX. Eg, www.sketch.com.
I haven't found a clean way to directly embed autoplay video in Webflow.
Has anyone had any success with this?

I am using Tumult Hype which does not let me create Lottie animations.
