Entering 2nd month since launch

It's the second month since I've launched my application, ClusterStack[https://clusterstack.io]. I've achieved 27 active devices on Google, and 35 app units on IOs. It's small and steady growth, but I'm focusing on the app stability and recruitment platform to maturate better the application.
Should this be the moment to start looking for a partner to help with development and/or rewrite/structure a better business plan?
