Experienced GTM pro, noob founder - Trade me founding tips for growth advice?

I've led sales, marketing, go-to-market, and growth for businesses that went 0-$5M (3 years), $0-$0 (1 year, it happens...), $40M-$125M (4 years), $2M-$7M (2.5 years), $200k-$2M (2 years), and $50M-$110M (3 years).

But I'm totally new (i.e. clueless) to founding a company, something I want to try now. I'm looking for advice / tips from the community as I attempt to launch an app in the B2B SaaS stack to help companies monetize.

So...AMA on sales / growth / go-to-market. I'm happy to offer help or thoughts. Just do me a favor and leave me a tip or best practice or maybe just some motivation to help as I learn how to get a company started :)
