ExtensionPay now supports Manifest v3!

Just wanted to let you all know that my service ExtensionPay now supports Manifest v3.

ExtensionPay is a service that lets browser extension creators easily take payments for their extensions without needing to write their own backend / payment system. It's open source, free to start, and works cross-browser.

Before today, ExtPay only worked in Manifest v2 extensions. Lots of developers are using Manifest v3 now despite Google's poor documentation and lack of timeline on migration. Manifest v3 support was one of the top requests, so I finally added it. Hopefully it helps more extension developers get paid in their extensions! Try it out and let me know how it works for you! <3
