Facebook released the Messenger platform in 2016. It was way overhyped and bots & AI were all the tech press could talk about. This flopped.
Recently, Facebook added automated conversation tools into Ad Manager. This happened totally under the radar. This is a much better fit for Messenger and anyone running Facebook ads for lead gen can use conversations to increase the results. I've tested and it cuts the acquisition cost for a new email in half. It's free and just built in to the ad buy.
