Feedback for Feedback!

Hello Community 👋🏼
In February, we finally launch Paperless.io 🎉 That's why we need your feedback for our website! Our Mission is to enable businesses to transition to frictionless e-signature and document workflows. For a paperless world with peace of mind.

We are trying to perfect our landing page, making it as clear as possible while showing the value immediately.

Let me know what you like, dislike, any suggestions, ideas, concerns, etc. and I'll do the same for your site!

It looks cool, and I'm looking forward for a paperless world to become more real. My first thought was that you are not (only) signing documents, but forms, which I guess is very helpful. Personally I would imagine the workflow like this: put my document (PDF whatsoever) on top, then define further formfields, then signature. Hope you are not overcomplicating things, but I don't need such a service, so you probably know your users better. :-)

Sure thing, it's for developers, but maybe you notice some glitches I can improve: https://bootify.io

like the structure of the website very much. Unfortunately, I can't tell you much about the content because I don't understand most of it.

Through the pictures you lead super through the process, so that I myself understand wodrum it is in the core. I find the listed advantages top. Likewise, the call to actions well integrated. However, they could be more closely tied to the text.

Thank you - checked you page again and two more notes:

            • the delayed scrolling somehow doesn't feel natural for me, it's rather disturbing (both desktop and mobile). For example at https://hackolade.com/ they have a more nice solution. Gif with real screenshots is nice.
            • all in all the page feels a bit longish - I would rather merge together some parts, so you're forced to focus on the main points

It's a needed service, and the benefits should be clear to anyone who's gone through this process on either side of the fence. The first thought that sprang to mind was:

"What's the name of the thing I've used to do this in the past?"

The brand name Docusign popped up, so I began to wonder how it differs from Docusign so I could know if it was better/cheaper/faster etc. I looked and didn't really find that kind of info so my net impression was that it's a Docusign competitor but because I couldn't see pricing or know if it was better somehow, then I'd be more likely to continue to use the thing I've used in the past. Mainly because it worked well and I've been able to return from time to time to see those signed documents when needed.

I could use a brutal review of Announcr if you get a chance :)

Thank you very much for taking the time. We will incorporate your feedback deifitive!

About your website: I like the title Location-Based Action. But the text underneath could be easier if it was shorter and without all the bullets.

Like the Join Wait List - unfortunately we can't use the product, so I didn't sign up.

I think the text on the website is top notch. Make things happen... sounds kind of weird. Maybe something like "For a special customer interaction." would fit. Maybe you can explain the benefit or the why in more detail. Why should I use the product? Why do customers want it?

The images are not fitting in my opinion. I couldn't pull out any help to understand the product. A short video or pictures that fit better to the text would be good. They should give an insight.

I hope you can do something with the feedback!

I did! Thank you very much

Did a little walkthrough of my first impressions :-) Hope it's helpful. https://www.loom.com/share/0975f7c2c40745ef9738a6e59b2ee7f1

If you could check out roadvote.io and let me know you're first impressions, I'd be very grateful! It's a work in progress!

p.s how did you make your video? I'd like to make one that's similar for my own product :-)

I have to come back to this. One of my colleagues created it.

Did you guys design for mobile first? Only reason I ask is that the top part of the homepage looks kind of empty on a desktop but looks perfectly normal on the mobile view.

I love the little app you have but I actually might move that further down or have someone click a 'See How It Works' link to access it. The sections you have right after this one work to be the 'second section' of the website.

I think it overall looks good but maybe fill out the top a little more. I would change 'Next-level documents.' to something else. Don't overthink it - just use a phrase that explains the simplest point of your product.

    Good luck!!
