Feedback for my app? Confidential salary surveys to improve hiring experiences.
I created an app to help employers and candidates confidentially check if salary requirements are within range before going through the interview rounds.
Employers create a survey with a budget, and only see yes/no depending whether the candidate's expectations are within budget. This way, nobody has to go through the time and expense if it wasn't going to work out anyway.
As an engineer, it happened a lot to me where I went through days of prep and interviews only to be disappointed in the offer. Not only it is a bad experience, it makes me tune out other prospective roles for fear of wasted effort.
I'm really keen on getting feedback on how this app can help employers and candidates have a better and faster process. Any comment, good and bad, is appreciated!
The app is functional, so employers feel free to create surveys! Free of charge.
