Oh, what I wish some of you hardcore coders would do!
Recently, two of my really good friends, Patrick (@heylorenzut) and Max (@amax) launched For Human Sake (https://www.indiehackers.com/product/for-human-sake) an MVP for a mental health community specifically geared toward tech workers.
Oftentimes, when we are developing, there can be a sense of isolation felt, especially for remote workers, which can easily lead into anxiety and depression, among other things. For Human Sake is a collective that is the buffer between the intricacies of our mind and the world around it. There is a lack of genuine conversation, listening and overall human intimacy surrounding technology, the tools we use and social media in general. For Human Sake is designed to be the antidote to this. Between conversations, active participation and listening, mentors and courses, it aims to be a platform that everyone can benefit from. We owe it to ourselves and each other, to help one another out.
If this sounds like a platform that you might benefit from, we've put together a really quick survey to help guide the development of this space. We'd really appreciate you taking the time to fill it out as it will help translate the MVP into a full-blown v.1.0.
Thank you in advance for your time and feedback!
