The past 2 years has been tough. The entire world is dealing with the mental, physical and social consequences of a pandemic.

The dramatic risk and uncertainty founders face right now, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, is dangerous and will inflame a mental health crisis in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

A study by Michael Freeman suggests that founders are 50 percent more likely to report having a mental health condition compared to others. KPMG reports that only 1 in 5 founders are satisfied with their mental wellbeing and stress levels.

We find it morally critical to address the mental health crisis in entrepreneurship considering we are part of this ecosystem. It's important to understand that we need to support ourselves in tandem to supporting our businesses. We need to flourish emotionally alongside our business.

The World Economic Forum identified emotional intelligence, people management and cognitive flexibility among the top skills needed to thrive in the future. As indie hackers we must take concrete actions to invest in our wellbeing.

After successfully running our goal-guider programme Restory, @katerinabc and I discovered the need to educate people on the mindfulness practice of Reflective Journaling. It's a science based journaling practice where you --
