Front-end web development in Python

I just finished the initial edit of my book React to Python and will hopefully have it ready for publishing before the end of the year. It's a start-to-finish tutorial on how to use the Transcrypt transpiler to create React & Material-UI applications using 99% Python. I realize the audience for this might be kind of limited, but I know there are other Python devs out there like me that don't particularly like coding in JavaScript. The approach I cover in the book has been very productive for me, so I wanted to put it out there. The outline for the book and a link to the demo app from the book is here: https://pyreact.com

It started out as a talk I was going to give at my Python meetup group, but the outline for it kept growing so I went with a book instead. I've been really happy with the process, so if anyone has questions, ask away.

    Congratulations!
Would you be interested in giving a talk at my python meetup group about it and promote it?

Yes, I could do that. I actually still need to put a presentation together for my own group, but once I do I can repeat it for others. It will probably still be a few months out by the time I get it done though. Your group is PyRVA?

Great, I'll let you know when I have something put together. I just followed your group Twitter as a reminder.
