In early stage of an SMB MVP (design stage, not launched yet) and struggling to decide what to do. While I am seeking clients everywhere, my primary market is notorious for not wanting to pay for anything. I have done fremium like services in the past which were a bust both monetarily and psychologically. I would prefer to get genuine, real business partners/clients in the door with a fair use policy even if that diminishes traffic and revenue potential in short term (I know, stubborn). I have gathered 2 week trials are the norm these days but any other insights/experiences would be appreciated.
