Full plan and goals for my design service...and how you will help me achieve them

I've got a pretty good revenue going for me in terms of my freelance business + few other things, so this month seems like a good time to fully execute my design service.
The name of my service is Sprints Agency. We make award winning websites for the fraction of the time and cost. We have affordable payment monthly plans with no strings attached, and the quality of the work speaks for itself.
At the moment, this is what I have:
- 3 (happy) paying customers
- 7K monthly revenue
- 0 expenses
- 0 finished projects (my portfolio works well for now though)
Things that I want to have by the end of the month:
- 10+ (happy) customers
- 10-15K monthly revenue
- Good flow of more project requests
Here's what I need to achieve those goals:
- Create Landing Page
- Active Dribbble + Instagram Accounts
- Sell 5-6 Webflow Templates (marketing purposes)
- Cold Emails (?)
At the moment, I'm working on the design for a simple startup template on Webflow which I expect to launch on the marketplace by end of next week.
My immediate goal is simply get in more customers, and for that I need your help. If you have any colleague in the startup space who's looking for a website...send over an email at [email protected] and I will reward you back with 40% commission.
