Getting feedback from freelancers on a new project I am building

Hi all,
I am the co-founder of a company called Who Moves. We are currently building a one-step recruiting solution for German SMEs. We are going to help them to start new IT projects, review the technical skills of the applicants and recruit national and international it professionals, depending on there needs. We want to launch our first part product next year, the Xpert Net. SMEs can use the Xpert Net to find it professionals that assist in the job interviews to validate the skills of the applicants. As SMEs often may not have the technical skills in-house. If anyone could spare some valuable time, I would love to show them our solution to get some feedback from a freelancer point of view.
