Getting Your First Readers [7/365]

Day 7 of 365 of my Daily Blogging challenge, first published on my blog

When you're just getting started, one of the hardest part is to put your content in front of people.

You can try a lot of different platforms, but quite often, it does not bring the results that you expected. You don't get those sweet views, and you don't know what works and doesn't.

Posting on Twitter works if you have enough following.

A newsletter is useless as long as no one has subscribed yet.

You first need to go where people can see your work and make it noticeable.

This means creating good content, and making it available in small enough public communities that it is not lost in the noise.

Then just time.

Be consistent and give it time.

The good content you create will rise to the top of Google.
