I've had this idea in my head for quite some time and would love some feedback. If you're familiar with Glassdoor, you know it can be manipulated as I've worked for a couple of companies that begged or incentive employees to write favorable reviews about the company even though its a terrible place to work. My idea is to be a third party that independently and anonymously interviews former employees of as many companies as possible to get their honest feedback. The results would either be displayed as a score or star system. I'm thinking of calling it Independent Business Review or IBR score. Similar to NPR scores. This would give potential employees a more accurate idea of what former employees thoughts are about the company. What are your thoughts?
