So many use Gmail, but it’s not perfect. What are some good alternatives?

Ah yes, very tempting... had another discussion going on IH the other day regarding Hey. So many varied opinions... What are your thoughts on Hey?

I love Outlook iOS apps. Great mac mail app is hard to find, currently using Outlook on mac too but UX is not as nice as on iOS.

As for their web, its noticeably worse than gmail but I almost never use it on web.

I've used Outlook extensively on PC's but not on my Mac, will have to take a look at that and on IOS. Thanks for sharing!

I'm actually trying to decide myself. The few I'm aware of:

I'm thinking of going so Migadu as it offers unlimited email domains and addresses. It does limit the number of emails you can send but 100 a day for the cheapest plan should be enough for me.
Zoho's MAIL LITE plan says it offers "Email hosting for multiple domains" but I'm unsure on its limits.

Nice list! So much press these days with HEY, Superhuman and others, really makes ya think about all the options. Features look good on Migadu and cool to see Proton and FastMail come up again!

For what purpose? If its for internal communication our product https://www.uclusion.com should be considered. In general I don't recommend you replace your Gmail with another generic email tool - use something designed for what you are trying to do.

Love your landing page and product! Had personal use in mind, but that’s definitely not all the applications. For internal communication, Uclusion looks great!

I think it depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for privacy, check out protonmail. If you are willing to pay, have a look at fastmail and hey as well.

      Thanks! These look great 👍
