Got my first 4 customers today! 🙌 $80 MRR 🙌

Hi IH, this morning I launched RandomPizza on ProductHunt and got my first ever paying customers!! That is crazy to me. I've never built a product where people paid me money so this feeling is unlike any other.

I'm not asking for an upvote but just your feedback and critiques. I really want to run with this idea because I believe in it even if the idea seems silly. Please let me know your thoughts, the things you like/dislike, copy you hated, images you liked etc.

The product is built entirely with no code and is live with customers. Thank you all for this community!

Nice! Sounds like a fun idea! Just wondering, what all did you build it with? Also, you should add this as a product on the indie hacker profile and keep us updated with milestones!

EDIT: Just came across your tweet:

Sorry for the late response. I will edit my profile and track milestones. I've never done that before - what a cool feature. Thanks so much 🙌🍕

Your landing page is absolutely fun and it does the job to sell a Pizza fan like me. @whitandersonIV

If you live in a major city in the US, that works too 👀 thanks for your kind words!

That's awesome! What's your no code stack?

Itll be interesting to see if people subscribed for 1 month only for the novelty value or if it's something that they'll continue to use.

I like the idea as a concept to "pay it forward". Imagine a charity subscription where people in need would get random gifts of clothing and food and could reply with anonymous personal thank you messages for the person donating

Definitely will be interesting to see how consumers use it and what happens when it hits the real world. I have sent out three pizzas but that's not a huge dataset. Excited to see the problems and delights of customers. No-Code Stack: https://twitter.com/whit4th/status/1204116365327716352

Saw your product on PH. Thanks for sharing! Helping to inspire me to launch :)

    1. 2

Yes!! Launch. It is so worth it just getting your thoughts and ideas out there. I launched three products on before this PH and they amassed a total of maybe 25 upvotes....but that was okay because it is just about continually making, shipping, and learning. Let me know if I can ever help in anyway Matt 🙌

Thanks Man! Actually if you wouldn't mind, I'm building a product right now and I'd love some feedback. You can check it out here https://www.partizion.io/

Also any tips on planning and launching on PH would be much appreciated :) Feel free to reply here or reach out by email!

First off, I really like the design. Very simple and clean. From the description I believe I understand the use case. Right now, I work full-time, work part-time for techstars, and a side project with RP. So will I be able to organize my browser into those three buckets? Definitely a pain point for me. My current solution is having 3 window open and swiping(w/ 3 fingers on my Mac) to get to the different screens. That is how I "stay organized". Not sure if that helps but my use case. Here is a good starting point that I used. https://blog.producthunt.com/how-to-launch-on-product-hunt-7c1843e06399

            Thanks for the kind words!

Yes exactly. You will be able to organize your work just like you said into "buckets". Then from there you can create custom collections of tabs that you can quickly open later.

            • This can be used for apps like GSuite, Airtable, github, asana, etc. etc. (Any web app)
            • You can create reading lists
            • Todo lists with tabs

and more... you can do whatever you like with the organization of your tabs.

Thanks for sharing the blog post, I will definitely give that a read!
