Group members number. Is this a bug?

When I go to groups, like "Pitch", I see the total number of members to the right (on desktop). 53 in my example...

I was curious who else is a member. Viewing all the members it felt more than 53. I counted and there are 99. Where is this difference coming from? Am I missing something or is this a bug?
