Growing the ultimate eCommerce library

I decided to start building a collection of ecommerce resources that I've compiled over time and through my network that I've found to be super useful (will be adding a load more if I progress).

It's called eComRepository.com and it's for anyone who is interested in building, scaling or marketing ecommerce businesses. It was created to save time, money and prevent anxiety when scaling your business.

The database isn't specific to one type of eCommerce entrepreneur. Whether you're just starting or you have multiple 7 figure eCommerce businesses this library of gold will save and make you money.

I'd like to get some feedback on the idea, maybe some input on scaling and if you have any great resources feel free to share them and I will include you as the source!

My initial launch plan will be along the lines of:

  • Hit 100 organic subscribers via reddit/fb (currently at 35)
  • Email everyone with a viral loops/vyper referral code to share and offer anyone with more than 5 referrals/10 points a free membership
  • Launch when we hit 500 signups

Next Stage:

  • Run ongoing $0.50-$1.50 Reddit Conversion Ads to relevant subs (already doing this with another business and its been working relatively well)
  • Build a blog > target long tail keywords initially > go hard with backlinks and guest blogging (most likely on BigCommerce)
  • Build an eCom specific newsletter integrated with viral loops/vyper

I know there are tonnes of other things I could do but realistically I'm not sure how much time I will have to execute absolutely everything...or if this is something I can even scale.

All feedback is welcome :)

Thanks

Luc
