HackerIntro's landing — thoughts?

Hi,

HackerIntro.com started with a terrible landing page last month but the project itself received positive feedback, so I've been iterating on both the product and the landing page since.

I've driven a bit of traffic to it only to see majority of it to never convert to sign up. So I've given it an update to the best of my current ability. I know it's still not perfect and I am working on it, but I'd love to hear your thoughts to validate my hypotheses about what's right or wrong.
