First of all, it's not clear what's your intention with the landing page, until I reach the pricing. That suggests that you want to make money out of your product.
This intention should be clear from the beginning.

Who is your target audience? Recruiters? Tech leads doing interviews? People, who hold job interviews remotely? You should talk to them right from the start. The headline should tell what is the problem that your product solves.

    As for the style:

    • The hero section is way too large, and it's a stock photo, not even your product, so it doesn't give too much
    • The showcase may be better featuring Python as the most popular language. The how it works should open a new page and maybe tell in advance that it will show a video
    • The whiteboard feature's "how it works" button does nothing
    • The headings' style is not responsive
    • The pricing's style is not responsive
    • The "Join Now" CTA is misleading too. What can a join? Oh, it's about signing up to use the tool.

I strongly suggest reading about landing pages, and after you reworked your page, submit it here again.
