Hello everyone.
So yesterday I was working on a how to video for our site,Wicked Templates
And suddenly, almost at 02.00 I see my my phone screen blinking, it was Tawk's app letting me know that someone was trying to reach out.
I always have it on, no matter what. The customer wondered if we were actually there.
I answered, and of course it was my first customer interaction on a site that is not even 2 months old.
So the customer needed a template that, sadly we do not have on the site still.
I, personally, have been working on the UI and trying to make the UX better, then @3rChuss has been working on the back-end. So it's been quiet a lot this past week.
Anyways, stop the excuses.
I told the customer that I had a template that I did long time ago, and it was of the type the customer wanted.
I used to give away templates while learning Bulma just because...its fun.
So I prepared the template, because I had it on GH and sent it by email, of course for free.
I have to say that, it felt superb the fact of being able to try to help.
But my question here is.
Have I reacted properly and professional, or was it a bit tacky of me?
Would really appreciate some feedback.
Thanks in advance!
I think you handled it very well! π
Thanks rustyy!
Perfectly fine, you did great considering it is the first-ever customer interaction. Now the key is to stay in touch with the customer, check back on them - try not to lose the relationship.
Well done buddy!
Hey Deepak!
Thank you so much. Sometimes is quiet difficult to get feedback about that.
I won't believe me.
Cheers Deepak.
