Has anybody played around with adaptogens during stressful times.

No gonna lie, the last year has been a pain in the proverbial at times. Not even COVID related, there I am luckier than many, but just stress at work, with co-founders and staff.
I've been using reishi and chaga to make it through these days and am convinced that they help. Anybody else into that?

And all this from one small mushroom. At first, I did not believe it, but I realized how wrong I was after a certain time. I was able to get rid of depression. Moreover, I became much calmer and began to feel that my body was much cleaner than before.
