Help critique my (Alpha) search tool for alternative game dev jobs

Hi Indie Hackers! I'm excited to launch the first (alpha!) version of a new search tool for SeriousGamesJobs.com.

It's the second main function of the site designed to help people with game dev skills find work suited to their skillset beyond just entertainment, following on from the success of our weekly jobs digest.

I'd be thrilled if you could give it a go: https://www.seriousgamesjobs.com/Search/index.html

Do you see opportunities which are interesting and relevant? Can you search, refine and navigate OK? And what do you think of the general layout and presentation?

Given it's still an alpha version, things are quite rough- it's currently only available for the USA, and we've had a few reports of jobs which aren't well aligned cropping up. All the same, I'd be very grateful for any feedback.

Thanks in advance!

I'm not in the game dev industry, so I'll hold off on commenting about relevancy.

The first thing I noticed is that the header is too crowded. https://iili.io/AAEk0u.png

The rest of the layout is nice. I like the minimal, almost Craigslist, like style.
