Help! How to grow my email newsletter subscribers?

hi, a week ago, i started a short daily business and financial newsletter. i, of course, got my inspiration from a long list of newsletters that i personally subscribe to. i initially created it for my friends and family. i have been shipping it out daily and find some satisfaction from it. and as it starts to grow, i'm getting more excited and am thinking of various avenues to increase my number of subscribers.

what are your ideas?

i want to encourage current subscribers to refer, and i want to give them the proper motivation. i also want to be able to track their referrals, but unfortunately, mailerlite doesn't offer that option. any suggestion?

if i don't rely exclusively on referrals, what are the other methods that you guys have found success in?

i also created a poll, to determine which social media platform(s) i should focus on.
