How an agency can make your life easier (plus an introduction)

Hey!

Are you interested in getting a referral to one of the world’s best agencies (and affordable) for growth-minded startups? If so, you’re not alone.

Agencies can help you to get things done, allowing you to grow your company faster without slowing down to take on and train new staff. It gives you a better return and takes away the headache of implementation, allowing you to focus on making those important decisions.

As an early-stage startup, you’ll have limited time/resources. You need to be patient when you’re hiring, especially to do things properly. Unfortunately, you don’t have the luxury of time. That’s where agencies can help.

I was lucky enough to get a helping hand from some entrepreneurs, founders, and YCombinator friends, and so today I want to pay that forward.
That’s why I wrote an article on the challenges of finding the right agency.

https://www.growthreflection.com/your-referral-to-the-best-agency-for-your-company/

I’ve created a simple form (in the article) that you can fill out to provide me with a little information and to receive a tailored recommendation. Then I will provide a personal introduction to the best agency for you.

PS: I’m referring people to some of the best agencies in the world, ones that aren’t actively looking for new clients. You can’t just contact them directly because they’re only taking on new clients if they come through a referral. This is literally a “money can’t buy” opportunity.

I hope this helps you with your startup journey, and feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions. I’ll be happy to help!

Very good and interesting article. Getting help from an agency can be, I think, truly beneficial for the company seeking help. As you said, wider knowledge, more hands on work, faster than hiring...
But I believe that from the perspective of an indie founder, in most cases money can be an obstacle. Let's be honest, agencies are quite often overpriced (short-term), if you compare them to the cost of a new employee. When you don't have a lot of money, investing in help from an agency can be a dangerous thing to do, financially speaking. What do you think?

I totally understand your statement about the money - this is exactly why I posted this article and wanted to share my network of amazing agencies (with the form), so many entrepreneurs will get the chance to work with top-class agencies but at a very low price.
Most of them don't get new clients with no referral.

Think about designing your initial website or product or developing your first MVP or product. They can help from A-Z for a reasonable price with a high level of quality.

That means no dependency on trying to do things you just not good at or at finding an employee - finding one can take a lot of time, and you still won't know if this is the right employee/co-founder until a few good months after.

That means you can get out with your product faster.

This is my 2 cents, at least.
