just talk to your potential clients, through phone, or email or texting. To find where they are, you need to first define who they are, only then you can find where they hang out.
If you already have a idea which problem you want to solve, then go to the people who have this problem and ask them about it.
Yesterday I watched a livestream on YouTube about Free Speech. One guy used the Super Chat to advertise his own video platform where you can upload videos without being banned for stupid reasons.
That was really smart, if you ask me. ;)
