How can I find blogs / online communities that feature competitors? (SEO / backlink building)

Hi all,

I am looking for online communities and blogs where my target audience is hanging out.

I would like to create a list of:

The top blogs where my competitors are mentioned / featured
The top online communities (e.g., Reddit, Facebook groups) where my competitors are mentioned / featured.

Which SEO tools would you recommend to accomplish this? Do you know of a specific report or filtered view that I can use?

In some case a Google search can help you, then you can analyse your competitors:

Google: best/top [product category] blogs/sites
