How dangerously close were we to having a completely dry sales pipeline?

At one point (not too long ago), we were facing issues in every single stage of our pipeline which hurt our opportunity generation and revenue.

Thinking back, there were 6 major issues that really caused our pipeline to stagnate -

No-shows for scheduled meetings.
