How do I reach more men for user research?

I'm doing research into how couples experience & cope with the changes that come with parenthood, especially changes to their relationship and intimacy.

So far, a large majority of the research interviews that I've done are with women — what can I do to reach more men?

For example, this is the post that I shared in other online forums (including another group on IH):

"Did you know that over 70% of couples with kids feel less like lovers and more like roommates?

It’s not that the relationship has issues — it’s just that despite your best intentions, there are so many other things that take over at this stage of life and it’s hard to get the stars aligned for that "right time"...

  @Share2Learn No specific age group. More along the lines of someone who is
  
  in a relationship
  
  has kids (the youngest of whom is below 18)
  
  felt a change in the relationship and intimacy after becoming a parent compared to pre-kids days (this doesn't mean the relationship is necessarily bad... just that this part of life has changed)
  
  and is wanting to make an effort to add more "coupleness", intimacy and spice to the relationship
  
  I guess if we deduce by the likely age of people who have kids still living with them, it'd likely be late 20s to mid to late 40s?
