How do I share a reply from any post?

There are lots of gems being found in the replies section of some posts. I would like to share those particular comments, even start a new post on IH referencing that reply. However, I’m unable to find the link for any reply.

I’m new here, so please let me know if I’ve missed something obvious.

    As far as I know it's not possible to directly share a comment or start a new post from it.

    But, if you click the comment's timestamp (e.g. XX hours ago), you can copy from the URL bar the direct URL of the comment. Such as this random comment.
