How do you collect feedback?

We (Feedgrip) launched our beta version one month ago. In short what we do is:

Help product teams discover, organize and track user feedback that’s important to them. Feedgrip actually works on top of Customer Support tools as Zendesk, Help Scout, Intercom etc. What we offer is a Product Development view of what customers have to say, in order to bridge the - big - gap between Customer Support and Product teams.

State: We have 3 beta-users, 1 company and 2 indie hackers who organize their feedback through Feedgrip.

Question(s): How do the rest of you organize and prioritize User/Customer Feedback? How do you decide what to do next? Which feedback channel is the most useful for you?

I use Mailerlite. Once someone has joined my email list and completed a free course, their email is sent to a drip campaign where I ask them to provide feedback through a quick survey. Those who complete the survey go into a new group, while those who don't are put in another group.

Thanks Patrice! How many surveys do you get on average per week?

Not much. Maybe 10. I am in a niche market.
